HEPBURN HAVEN - PADBURY
This spacious property located in the prestigious Hepburn
Heights area of Padbury in the northern suburbs of Perth and boasts both comfort
& style with four large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a generous outdoor area with
children’s play area. Hepburn Heights is a short 10 minute drive from Hillarys
Marina with its shops, beaches & restaurants & the property is conveniently
located close to public transport to get you to Perth City & beyond.
Hepburn Haven sleeps 8 guests comfortably & has abundant space
for all guests. The large formal lounge/dining area to the front of the house
has a flat screen TV/DVD & the added bonus of FOXTEL for your entertainment. The
master bedroom has a king sized bed& ensuite bathroom with separate toilet.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 a double and bedroom 4 has 2 singles. All
bedroom have built in wardrobes. There is a second family bathroom, separate
toilet& large laundry with a washing machine& dryer.
The large open plan kitchen/family/meals area is the heart of
the house & overlooks the large Gazebo with BBQ and children’s play area
complete with cubby house. The property is fully air conditioned for our summer
months & has gas heating for our mild winters.

This Bali inspired property combines luxury, space & a sparkling below ground pool to create the perfect
holiday or relocation property for you and your family. The Sanctuary is just that, a peaceful, relaxing
home to escape to in a convenient location for all of your needs. This is a home away from home with the
feeling of an Asian holiday resort. Located in the popular suburb of Woodvale in Perth’s northern suburbs
you are close to all amenities & a short distance from the Mitchell Freeway which will take you
where ever you need to go in Perth.
This well appointed property has four generous bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan kitchen & family area as well as a formal dining/ lounge area and can sleep 8-10 people.
The main feature of this delightful property would have to be the stunning Bali style outdoor area complete with a huge below ground pool. With outdoor dining & lounge areas, this is the perfect place to relax & unwind with a good Aussie BBQ.

SHADY RETREAT
- KALLAROO
Shady Retreat is a spacious, well located house, close to the Sunset Coast beaches, near to a major shopping centre and just 5 minutes away from the freeway.
This property has three bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a Queen sized bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed, and bedroom 3 has two full sized single beds. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and microwave.
It has a comfortable, open plan lounge, dining area and entertainment area. There is also a wall-mounted air conditioner which cools the house, although the mature native garden also help to keep this house cool in the summer months.
The private rear patio, with outdoor setting and gas barbecue are perfect for relaxing and enjoying alfresco meals.
It is located in a quiet street in Kallaroo. It is only a 5 minute drive to Whitfords City shopping centre, just 5km from the freeway and an easy 30 minute’s drive to Perth City. Kallaroo is an easy 10 minute drive to Hillary’s Marina which has a family friendly Beach and also offers an abundance of shops, restaurants, cafes and take-aways. Also located at the Marina is the famous AQWA centre, Underwater World where you can see Sharks and Manta Rays in a moving glass chamber.
Mullaloo Beach, which is widely known as one of Perth’s Best Beaches, with its fine golden sand and is perfect for swimming.
